Thursday 5th February - 4:25AM I have shifted bedrooms due to that fact that there is some sort of presence lurking aorund down there. The past couple of days have been the most obvious. Yesterday morning I awoke from images that were going through my head, I wouldn't call it a dream, just images. These images were of nothing in particular but it was the feeling that accompanied it. I tried falling back asleep but I felt a nudge in my back. I immediately sat up to see where my cat was, she was currently walking towards the bed. I tried to fall back alseep again but an image flicked in my head, this was of a man hunched over walking. He had long black hair. My view was of behind him. He then turned from his waist and looked at me with this questioning, shocked look. I opened my eyes quickly and was thrust into an instantaneous warm sweat. I thought, "fuck this", and got up. I told my old lady what had happened, her response was, "Thats what drugs do to you." What the fuck?! I haven't done anything since being back home. Anyway, I defiantly know that this wasn't related to drug use. During today I was spoke with my sister and told her that I moved rooms. "Was it a bit messy and cramped down there?" "Nah, it's just fucked up, there is something not quite right down there." "Yeah, I reckon it's haunted." "Fuck yes it is!" We spoke about it for a while and the feeling of something watching you all the time. I didn't realise how much worse it is when someone else actually thinks the same. It just turns all your feelings/thoughts that you weren't sure about into definates. Just over an hour ago, I do not know how but my computer desk shook once, like a little judder. I know it wasn't me and I do not know what could have caused it. Damn. :\ During my writing of this, a plastic shopping bag on the otherside of the room dropped from its standing position, I think I have ruled this out because I currently have the heater on, the logic? The room is heating up hence the particles spread due to the heat, therefore weakening it and falling. Shut up, it's the only thing I can think of! |

| A certain combination of alpha and theta harmonics can cause the immediate transference of consciousness away from the physical body. What I am going to do is calibrate the sine wave frequency and generate different frequencies in each ear, experimenting through the whole range of alpha and theta waves. Once I have found the right combination of frequencies to get the feeling that all body awareness has been pulled into the pineal area, I will then add a low frequency delta wave to deepen this state. I am going to do this by having the left channel contain the generated wave and right channel shifted in a certain amount of Hz, completing the expression R=(Hz difference)+L. The left to right channel offset is subtracted by our brain balancing it to the corresponding effect. I will post the results once finished. |
